Spent the night in Fort Worth for my husband's birthday weekend. For an older building, the hotel was nice, and the staff was attentive. Would not recommend a room facing Sundance Square on the weekend. There was a live music event at the square, and the noise was terrible until midnight. Not really the hotel's fault, but definitely had an affect on how enjoyable our stay was.

The location is super convenient to events downtown. The staff were helpful and courteous. As you can image being located downtown, parking is hectic during mornings and evening hours. The line can get long waiting for your car to be retrieved. Our room was located along the outside and evenings were supper noisy with vehicles driving by and local music/bands outside. Fortunately, we had a fan to help drown the noise. The beds were squeaky and not very comfortable and the pillows were nice.

I didn't like that the hanging hook was pulled out of the drywall rending it useless. And the tiles on bathtub were cracked and needed replacing/repair. Otherwise, it was a clean room with friendly staff and very conveniently located near parking and Sundance Square in Fort Worth, TX.

Room was clean. Tv remote, iron didn’t work. Half a roll of tissue in the bathroom. Two towels the whole stay with a sign to hang and reuse towels. No water for coffee maker and only 1 cream and 1 sugar for 2 guest. Windows were dirty couldn’t see outside. Homeless person knocking on our door asking for money. Called the front desk with no check up or follow up. The front desk people not friendly or professional very short and rude. They were too busy talking amongst each other about guest and were very uncomfortable to bring up anything issues or concerns.
