Booked through Expedia, room was dirty and in disrepair. Didnt actually stay there , couldn't get a refund from the hotel as they said we had to get it from Expedia. Wasn't able to get refund from Expedia as they said it was up to the hotel...so the customer, me, has to pay both comanies....

Stay away from this hotel.

Unfriendly and unaccommodating night manager. The room smelled horrible and the pull out sofa mattress had yellow stains with no sheets/bedding. You could not pay us to stay here! Stay away!!!

This is one of the better properties in DFW that have smoking rooms available. Room was large and clean, and Housekeeping was adequate. It is very difficult to get to from I-20/820 -- you need four right-hand turns to get to the I-35W access road after initially driving by the place; less difficult from I-35 north of I-20/820 by taking the Altamesa exit. I was disappointed to find no pebble grain on the floor of the shower/tub -- at least grab bars were provided and I bought a non-slip tub mat from Sears to feel safer.

The property looked seedy, there where a bunch of strange people partying right outside our room till about 3am and the room wasnt very well kept and for a non smoking room it stunk like cigarettes really bad. Not happy at all with the stay and if these are the hotels that you guys offer I will never use your website ever again. I booked our stay for three nights and we canceled our last two days

My room was not properly cleaned. It was still dirty with trash on the floor, dust all over, and an unknown dried up fluid splatter on the headboards. I got changed to a different room which had a small hot tub which was nasty as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly in forever which replaced the small couch I originally had in the room prior which I had booked and was dirty upon arrival. The parking is very unwelcoming and feels unsafe, with people other than guest taking up parking and hanging out all outside the rooms.. being very loud til the late night early morning hours.

Staff was great. Rooms were clean though they had a musty smell and could have used some updated furnishings( nail polish on dresser, a few stains on chair). Breakfast was toast, cereal, muffins or waffles. Overall it was quiet clean and slept well so it served our purposes.

Me desagrado muchísimo que se rentó el cuarto para 2 noches y desde las 9 de la mañana empiezan a tocar la puerta y lo peor aun que solo tocan la puerta una sola vez e inmediatamente después la abren y me pregunto yo donde esta la privacidad de uno como cliente y que ni el letrero de no molestar respeten. Eso sin mencionar que la regadera no funcionaba bien casi no salía agua .
