Excellent customer service from all staff…they were courteous….. very dog friendly and a lovely room…. Bathroom was really nice, everywhere was really clean! Food was excellent and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel….

Great place to stay while visiting Glencoe. Beautiful patio looking over over the loch to enjoy a meal. (Try the chocolate cake!) Only downside was no lift and narrow stairs, fine for us, but i could see others having issues.

This is a fantastic hotel with great staff. The rooms are clean and lovely views over the lough. It has a nice Restaurant with good food. You wake up in the morning to a buffet breakfast to suit most people.

The view was 5 stars and that is where the 5 star experience stopped. We booked a room for a family of four and ended up in a “pod” which was essentially a storage shed turned into sleeping quarters. It was tiny and barely fit our family. The hot water in the shower was tepid at best and lasted only a few minutes before it w my cold. The worst part of this experience was that the pod backed up to the highway and you could hear every car go by and actually feel the entire pod shake when trucks passed. Unfortunately there was road construction going on ALL night so we had to listen to banging and backup alarms all through the night.

After reading the reviews I was 50/50 but after/when staying there don’t understand why. Staff were great, food great, location right on the lake and my room backed onto the road and I couldn’t hear in the bedroom (could in the bathroom). Definitely great value for money.
