"This was a splurge for us. We all loved it. We were in Scotland for 11 days, and this was above and beyond everyone's favorite property. We had three rooms, all equally clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Dinner and dessert were amazing. The grounds were peaceful and lovely. We walked over the Invergarry ruins on the lake path, just beautiful. Can't recommend this place enough. It was well worth the splurge. "

"The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also good. There isn’t much else near the hotel other than the adjacent restaurant. We ordered pizza from the Red Shed (excellent) and brought it tot our room. The actual town is a bit of a walk away (we had already walked a section of the WHW that day so that wasn’t great for us). I would recommend that hikers that need supplies get off the bus at Ballachulish by the coop and then walk back to the hotel)."

"Got there. Run down, no signs, no office, tried to call…. no answer, emailed inquiry….no response. Left and luckily found a place at Loch ness Inn! Go there instead! "

"The property location was amazing. But the room was outdated, tiny, had an odor, and extremely noisy. You heard literally every he vehicle that passed by. The photos didn’t match the room when booking online. When asking about an upgrade or change I was asked to pay €90 more, then when I said too much he said €40 cash. "We were there during the weekend when the town held a special event about mountain bike. Luckily, the hotel was out of the city centre, so the night was peaceful and quiet. The room was spacious. Only one particularly dislike was that from the bathroom window, the afternoon sun was so strong that we could have got sunburn sitting on the toilet. And there was no curtain on bathroom window. Well, it was a very unusually sunny that day. "
