"Very poor customer service. I made my reservation two weeks in advance and expected the hotel to honor my booking. On the day of check-in, my flight was delayed, so I called the hotel and spoke with the manager. I explained that I would be arriving late, and she assured me that it would not be a problem.
When I finally arrived, the receptionist informed me that the hotel was sold out and that my room had been given away. I was told they had tried to contact me but could not find my phone...

"Toilet wasn't clogged but wouldn't flush right our main door had a half inch gap in the corner of it had to put a towel in front of it to keep the bugs out air conditioner worked but looked like it was falling out of the wall . Called and asked staff for wash cloths said they were being washed went to the front desk later in the day lady wrote down the room number said they would take some up later never seen them . View of the bay was great pool was nice."

"Room was booked months in advance when I arrive to check in the wait time took forever and when I finally got to the room, I opened it and it had not even been clean from the last day then the representative said they were going to see if someone can clean it, which they said no one could, and then called the manager, who said they were all sold out, and there were no other rooms available at their other hotel either. I had to clean my entire room, stripped the bed wash the shower floors, sinks...

"The first room we were given was occupied. The second room was dirty. The sheets that we couldn’t replace had crumbs in them. We asked the front desk staff for more sheets and towels, and they said they didn’t have access to housekeeping, so we had to reuse our dirty towels and sleep on the only clean appearing bed. The breakfast was subpar. I will never come back."

"The bar staff and restaurant staff were great. We really enjoyed interacting with them. The front desk staff efficient and nice. But, we had a few problems in the room that were addressed after I talked to the desk....after few times.
-The air conditioner was so loud and made a big bang when it turned on during the night.
-I found mold on our sheets. I told the front desk and they said they would get the housekeeper to change our linens. I asked the housekeeper later she didn't seem to...

"The staff at this property was Exceptio al. They were all helpful and kind with smiles that lit up their face and were genuine . When there was an issue with a buzzing compresser they upgraded our room immediately ! That factor alone made them a cut above the rest of the hotels along the VB Oceanfront where we have stayed in the past.

"My bathroom door fell off the track onto the floor. They gave me a second room that was already occupied. The 3rd room was a handicap room with two full size beds. Lastly when I booked the room it stated it had an oceanfront view, only thing I saw was the highway."

Food was terrible
Carpets in hallways have years of stain - at least the 6th floor
On 6th floor the ice machine was broke apart and flooding - also this is dumping zone for trash so cross contamination w/ ice mist likely
Had to ask for a microwave
Police called once for disturbance but should have come more than that (more on this)
Back door completely broken - anyone can come in and that is usually where people smoke weed
Room didn’t have shampoo
