Lovely Place

Comfortable and convenient

Comfortable, not fancy but adequate accommodation in a very convenient location near the Sanibel Causeway. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and two reclining chairs.

We loved the smart tv for watching Netflix, really nice shower with shampoo, conditioner, soap etc. the kitchen has all the basics for preparing a small meal and the place was very clean.

Updated and nice. Bed was very comfortable. It was very clean and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Very good location made it easy to go anywhere. Safe area. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a different property than shown. It was beautiful, quiet and close to area attractions. One minor complaint with the shower was solved quickly and professionally. We loved staying there and will be back.

Just Right!

This property was just what I needed. In town for one night for a conference. It seemed newly renovated. It was very clean and large. Everything was perfect. Entry was want and uncomplicated.

Very nice and clean, comfortable bed and clean bedding. Dual economy recliners were comfortable. Bathroom partially upgraded, will be great with a new shower head and upgraded towels. Recent renovation materials need to be removed from the backyard.

The property isn’t fancy but has everything you need for a stay. They have a small kitchen which has a microwave, refrigerator, hot plate, pots, pans, plates, and eating utensils. They have a flat screen TV with cable and some cushion chairs to watch from. The bed is king size and comfortable. Air-conditioning was fine although we were there in January so it wasn’t critical. The bathroom is clean and on the new side. My friend said the water pressure was just a little low but I thought it was fine. The location is convenient to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island where we spent most of our time. The owner was pleasant and very responsive to any of your questions. I called twice and he answered right away and gave me the information I needed. There is an Italian restaurant a half a block away if you need something quick and easy.
