We were in NYC for NYU graduation and were quite busy only using the room to dress and sleep. I woke up the next morning and found mice droppings on the pillow and table next to me. we left quickly. "The location of this hotel was excellent. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance, which made getting around very convenient. But, the biggest issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking and rolling their suitcases in the hallway, as well as loud stomping noises from the room above. "We love that this hotel is very close to everything. Very clean. We got the jr. suite so it had microwave, dishwasher, mini fridge. Cute dining area for us to eat meal as a family. Love that it had 2 full bathrooms so that we didn’t need to wait our turns to take showers. All the staff is friendly. We love the valet parking. Only thing was that it took almost an hour to get our car in the morning because the valet garage is under construction and they said they’re playing “Tetris” to get cars...

"The property was in a good location near many of the attractions. It was a little loud a couple of nights, but it was just the normal city noise. Check in was smooth and check out as well. All requests were reasonable and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. The space was a bit smaller than we thought, but we just basically slept and showered there only and spent most of the day out. It served the purpose of our trip."

"Comfortable property but not appropriate location as it was noisy all night as it was facing a Main Street and vehicles moving all night. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area so that was convenient but that added to the noise. "
