We really liked our room and the kitchen. With the full size refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean. The only thing is after I checked in they gave me the address to my hotel but I didn't realize it was literally a mile away from the registration desk and it would have been nice if I had known that it had been easier to find it

Dated but worth the money for the space when traveling with family. It would be helpful if they have food available, no restaurants on site. The check in guy was rude and spoke condescendingly to me, could have used a class in customer service. Overall aside from him, I would definitely stay again!

Upgraded to one bedroom with jacuzzi and balcony was worth the extra space and outdoor dining with balcony making evenings a pleasure to enjoy sunset dinners right at home after day of excursions ! Then the jacuzzi before bed ! Perfect day and stay after the upgrade ,

I absolutely loved this place and will definitely be coming back! Everything was very clean, peaceful, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even better. And don’t even get me started on the pools—they were amazing! The water was so warm and relaxing that I never wanted to get out. I could have spent the entire day in the pool. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can’t wait to visit again!

This property is very outdated. It does not live up to even the standards of the Vacation Village locations in Orlando. They need to consider a massive renovation to get up to date with the times. For the amount of space that is provided, if you are on a budget, this is a good option. Otherwise there is a need for severe cleaning. If you are ready to be transported back to the 80s, this is your spot.

The rooms were large and spacious. Felt comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We chose two bedroom suites and big enough for our groups with enough Space and close off doors in both side for complete privacy. Also each bedroom had its own kitchen and living areas. It was a lovely stay😊

Hi Expedia I have stayed at vacation village resorts for over 10 years and this year was the worst . They assigned me to one of their other buildings that I have never stayed at but it was pool view which I paid for to have a nice view which the view was very nice. But most importantly the room itself was very dirty and had a musty smell I called the front desk the next morning to let them know front desk was very helpful they sent cleaners up to clean the room again but when we got back to the room from our outting the room was mopped and that was about it . I was very disappointed with this trip and would never want to stay in that particular building again. I was very disappointed also because I also brought family members because this is where I ALWAYS stay but never had such bad experience with cleanliness total I had four units booked . Very disappointed.

Vacation Village is a very large property. Due to being at capacity for the holiday weekend we where giving a building off the main location. It was very clean, but very dated. The pull out mattress on the couch was very well used and not confutable. A few of the springs that held up the mattress had broken making it more uncomfortable. The main bed room however had a new mattress and was great. I did appreciate being towards the back of the property, where it was quite and did have its own pool. This said, just ask when you are checking in if you want to be near the main building that has events or a more quite area.

Our stay was excellent highly recommend will definitely be staying again the staff went above and beyond after i checked out n was about to leave town i realized i left a item and 4 to 6 staff members cleaning crew and management all went above and beyond to get it back to me which i truly truly am forever thankful for again excellent stay family friendly nothing but good things to say

The room was clean and comfortable, not much staff around. The kitchen was fully equipped with cooking utensils, dishes, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and everything worked. It is a dated property that could use some uplifting, but if you can see past that, it's great for families.

For the money, this was okay. The check in process was very long and tedious as they had sold out on all the 2 bedroom units. They were finally able to work something out and we got what we paid for, but we were standing there waiting on them for a very long time. The property is technically clean- but just on older side which sometimes makes it “feel” not clean. Some major renovations would go a long way, but overall— we were only there for one night, got a good deal on the room, the bed was comfortable, and feel like we got what we paid for. No harm done.
