This location is convenient to the Port of Everglades. We didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t any ice available.

The we spent 5 days 4 nights and received no maid service or fresh towels even though I requested it. The desk lamp was not working and was not repaired even though I asked to have it fixed

Dirty overall. The comforter had a blood stain, my room didn't even have one soap bar of any kind by the sink, there was only 1 extra small container of shampoo and 1 conditioner that were gone after 1 shower, there was only 2 very small bath towels, the ac unit made a loud noise, the fan in the bathroom also made a random loud noise, the elevator felt like it was gonna give in any second, there was trash in the hallways and sticky floors like it hadn't been mopped in a long time.

Toilet leaks, crumbs on bed frame, corners not vacuumed, banging on doors after 11 and concierge was part of the confusion… occurred from 10pm to 1sm ish.. no do not disturb signs available… No apologies or response given. Well look into it sir. Refund was in order but I didn’t care to ask… I shouldn’t have to.. they lost all my business… that’s 40x what that night cost.
