Very affordable! Literally a one minute walk to the beautiful Ft. Lauderdale Beach! Room was small but very nice and appears to have been recently remodeled. It looked clean but my wife (who is a clean freak) used a wet towel on the bathroom floor and it came up dirty. Our room had a connecting door to the room next to us which had 4 young guys talking and laughing half the night. It sounded like the door was open - you could everything they said! To be fair we didn't call the front desk until the next morning and they took immediate action and told our neighbor they will be asked to leave if it happens again. The pool and grounds are beautiful and they even have a little outside kitchen/bar, however it was terribly dirty. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

While we do have staff on duty, their presence at the front desk may be intermittent as they attend to the needs of other guests throughout the hotel. However, please rest assured that our team members are always available to assist you promptly, whether by phone or through the doorbell.Additionally, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by our doors closing at 11pm. We do have a dedicated night person on duty who can be reached for assistance at any time. Room had a moldy smell. It is not close to the beach as advertised. We spend a couple hours trying to find another hotel. Expedia was on the phone with front desk for a long time trying to get our money back so we could go somewhere else. We checked out after Expedia found us another place. There are still trying to charge us for the room even though we we only in it for 10 minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was nice and quiet, which I love. 2 minute walk from the beach and restaurant of your choice. Easy walk to any store as well. Only thing that could improve are the chairs they lend out free of charge. They look like they’ve seen better days. But free is free so they did just fine. Would definitely come back for my futures trips to Fort Lauderdale!

Wonderful building on a quiet street only a block from the beach. The room was spotless and nicely equipped, very clean and modern. Pool area was beautiful and the staff were very friendly. Awesome place.

Spacious, clean room. Great location with a short walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants in easy walking distance. Nice pool and deck area. They could use some new lounge chairs by the pool, and some additional furniture on the roof top deck.

This is an upscale motel with walk out exterior rooms. The property is very small. Upper floors are a walk up. Rooms were very clean, bathrooms remodeled, however our bathtub had a 2 foot base so extremely difficult to get into. My other family did have a walk in shower. Lady at desk for check in very sweet. Expensive area within walking distance to beach.

Elita hotel had great location, clean rooms, all the amenities you needed for pool/beach the staff were the best part. They even accommodated us on checkout allowing us to stow away luggage while we explored a few more hours. One of the best holidays I’ve ever had. Cavelle was one of the most gracious staff we dealt with while there and made the trip even better. We will be back soon!

The staff was friendly and the hotel had a nice visual appeal. Unfortunately, our room had a very strong odor similar to the smell of mothballs coming from the bathroom. We looked everywhere and couldn't find the source. We complained to the office and they were fully booked so they couldn't move us. The office staff told us they would have someone look at it....never saw anyone. A few things like the toilet paper holder and towel holder were loose on the wall...something that would only take a few minutes to fix. I would go back...if I couldn't find anywhere else to stay.

It was terrible the room smells of mold and was not cleaned properly also the door to my room never closed on its own had to manually close it each time and check. This can be very dangerous especially in Florida to be real i booked last minute and the options were thin if it wasnt for that probably would have left right away. Definitely not worth the money. Sheets were not clean found hair on pillow and other items. The lip where the sink and countertop meet was loaded with mold the shower was moldy also.

The staff was so accommodating for holding our luggage as we arrived early. It is definitely a boutique hotel that is a block from the beach and located near the strip of restaurants/stores/coffee/etc. It was a nice, quiet area! Although there is no daily housekeeping, the staff made sure we were provided fresh towels. Would definitely stay again

We loved the location of this property - just a block to the beach and tons of shopping and dining options. Best margaritas and friendly service at The Drunken Taco! Coffee in the big hotel lobby across the street, or Starbucks a little further down in the opposite direction (both crazy busy and super expensive, especially for Canadians!) The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and nicely decorated - especially loved the lighting. The room could use a full length mirror and a dehumidifier, other than that we really liked our stay. We also enjoyed playing cards on the upper patio at the end of the day. We’d stay here again if we were in Fort Lauderdale - it’s located in a wonderful walkable area and we felt safe.
