"Everything was excellent apart from the WIFI that never worked. I will definitely stay there again if the WIFI is fixed."

"Room not clean, sheets looked dirty or burnt. 1 towel. Floors and mist surfaces were sticky. There was a cat in the hallway making racket at night. Hallway smelt like cat piss. Lobby smelt like weed when we checked in. Will not recommend or stay here again. "

"Breakfast menu was fresh! We didn’t get any pillows for the pull out and staff said they were “out” of pillows. The pool wasn’t cleaned and ready to use until after 2pm (on a 90 degree day). Otherwise everything was as promised. "

"Terrible noise from street. Bikes. Trucks. Loud muscle cars.... ALL NIGHT LONG. They have noise machines in rooms but they don't help much. People next door were college kids - had to call security at 3am. Told staff. They don't care. "Oh, sorry about that." - was all they said. Don't stay there."

"I’m not sure what the cleaning staff use to clean hardwood floor on a first floor room, but the smell was so strong and toxic, my wife barely slept after a 15 hr drive. I had nothing but good things to say after last year’s stay but this was just a bad experience. In hindsight, should have asked for another room but thought opening window would help and it didn’t. Might be trying another hotel next year"
