"We stayed for 4 days and the last day we asked for clean towels, bedding and toilet to be cleaned (my son had an accident). We asked 4 times and it never happened, only to be told the next morning that there was nothing on file for our room number for requests and that there is no housekeeping at night. Breakfast is toast and cereal, no juice it was broken, limited fruit. Good for an overnight stay, it is affordable but not for long stay"

"The hotel itself was good, but the parking situation needs improvement. Staff told me which floor to use, but there were no signs showing how to actually get there. It ended up being confusing enough that I had to walk down the block to figure it out. There should be clearer signage directing guests to the parking areas—especially for the oversized vehicle parking garage. It would also help to have proper directions on how to get to and from the garage once you’re on the property. Overall, not a bad stay, but the lack of clear parking guidance was frustrating."

"Nice room- appreciated king size bed and sofa bed for our soon-however the glasses were dirty some days and sometimes not changed out. Not close to the airport - uber was about $55- but pretty close to the mall. Breakfast was very good- great variety-hot items/ fruit/ yogurt/ cereal/ oatmeal- and nice breakfast area. The pool was nice- hot tub jets weren’t too powerful but it was hot. There were some homeless in the area so good to be aware as you are coming and going."

"Great location right across the street from the West Edmonton Mall. Rooms are very reasonable especially mid week. Continental breakfast does not have any hot items but a great variety to choose from. Parking is great right outside the hotel plus they have underground parking. Overall the stay was very enjoyable."

"Very clean hotel. Spacious underground parking, was able to drive my f150 inside and out with no issues. 2 bedroom/ 2 bath suite was perfect for my family stay. Beds were comfortable but if you’re sensitive to noise you maybe woken up by a garbage truck at 2am as our room was facing the back of the business next door. Independent heat & air conditioning in each bedroom. Perfect when you can’t agree on sleep temperature. West Edmonton Mall is right across the street with Galaxyland in walking distance. Negative side to the area would be that’s it’s right beside a liquor store with all types of customers lingering. Not a big deal unless you go outside often for nic breaks or have teens who want to go out unattended. Would definitely stay again with the family and friends."
