We stay for 2 days we had some issues at nighttime with some people above us but the staff was very good when I called down to tell them the people upstairs were stomping around for quite some time, from like nine o'clock until eleven thirty at night.They were very good at sending somebody up to take care of the problem.So I am happy with that. I would say that the breakfast was not to my liking, not everybody likes omelets. They like scrambled eggs.Maybe instead, they had pork sausage, which wasn't my favorite.No bacon, the only thing that I would say was cool about it was the pancakes

Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had a ton of variety and tasted great. Free parking. My kid got sick and the staff were FANTASTIC about anything we needed. The pull out bed had seen better days and one elevator was out of order twice during our stay. But we will be back. They even allowed us to claim our choice passes to WEM before we checked in.

Check in was fast and easy. The complimentary underground parking was nice to have. The room was clean and spacious with ample plug-ins for charging devices. Extra touches like Dove shampoo, body wash and lotion were provided in the washroom along with ‘vanity packs’ with cotton swabs and nail file were appreciated.

Wish there was the other options for breakfast like they didn't have any hash browns or like hash brown Patty things or waffles pancakes were horrible. Tastes like a box of batter from the machine. Overall it wasn't horrible. I didn't starve. Just wish it was different. Hot tub was fantastic and our rooms were great and the staff were great. Overall I would definitely be back

This hotel is in a good location. Our room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good and at sometimes very busy. We used the sofa bed during our stay and called the front desk in the evening to get extra blankets as the provisions in the room for the sofa bed were very minimal. The employee at the front desk informed me that they were very busy and she would check with the housekeeping staff to see if they could get me some blankets. The housekeeping staff said they were busy doing something but that they would try. After waiting about 30 minutes, I called the front desk again and she explained to me that they were very busy, but that someone hopefully would be on their way, we were ready to go to sleep, so we did. As far as I know, nobody ever brought us any blankets. I had offered to come up to the front desk to get blankets, but apparently the laundry facility is not convenient for the front desk staff to visit. It seems the staff here are overburdened. In my opinion, when you stay at a hotel, there should already be an extra blanket in the bedroom, or it should be readily available upon request.

The reason we stayed at the hotel was to use the pool for my children. Unfortunately when we checked in. The pool wasn’t working and the staff asked us to use the next door hotel pool. We didn’t want to do that. It meant going outside and walking outside with wet hair. Unfortunately not a good idea with it being winter. That’s the only downside of staying at the pool. We travelled 2 hours away for a mini gateway. Was pretty disappointing not having a pool.
