"Convenient & scenic location at half the rate of nearby Sydney hotels was how we found this place but now we're telling friends to stay here because WOW. Room was huge, bright, and well-stocked. Lounge food was great. Coffee & breakfast outbuilding was excellent with a very friendly, helpful staffer. Highly recommend!"

"The location was good for the ferry and the price reasonable booked because it said there was a restaurant on the premises,there isn't. Had to go down the road,this restaurant closes Monday and Tuesday so canceled for the return journey which is a Tuesday the room had no amenities,there were two of us and only one bottle of water no face tissues,nothing to drink out of. No coffee maker"

"Great little hotel, very well kept, with just the right touch of antique furniture. The rooms are super cosy and the dining/living room is very nice with a beautiful view. The 7-course dinner was outstanding and came with well-paired wine recommendations. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Overall, pretty much the best hotel experience we head during our two-week tour through Nova Scotia."
