"The property is very clean and amazing!!!!!"

"I was not impressed at all. I was very disappointed. The room was not ready when we got there at 4. We sat there a half hour and it still was not ready. They ended up giving us a different room which was OK. When we finally got to the room the keys did not work. We had to go back down and get that fixed. When we got in the room and got settled we realized there were only hand towels. We went back down and proceeded to wait twenty minutes while both counters were being monopolize by one family. Apparently they must have been VIP members. Other disappointments were the parking was mandatory valet at an additional $38. We did try the pizza restaurant connected to the hotel. The food was exceptional. Apparently guests receive a free dessert but we were told our dessert was not part of the offer. Would have been nice to be told this beforehand. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel when there are so many better options. I thought the Marriott would have been a reputable name .I qill stick with Hilton."

"This was my second time staying at this new hotel. The staff here is very welcoming and friendly people, the hotel is super clean and well lit. Very comfortable place to stay and the sitting right on the marina makes the perfect spot for relaxation. The only issue I have is there is no place to have a cup of coffee or a little breakfast. There’s a third party restaurant on site that only opens for lunch and dinner. "

"Clearwater beach view from balcony was stunning!! Clean, modern rooms and amenities with staff always making an effort to make your stay memorable. (Lilly always went above and beyond!) Housekeeping daily and turndown service nightly was fantastic! The gym was equipped with most modern equipment, everything you need to have a fantastic workout. They have a Spa onsite as well. Restaurants onsite and room service was great. They have a wide selection of breakfast options on the menu which I appreciate. Dinner options are varied and delicious! Public beach was steps away, loungers line the beach for a fee and a free trolley out front for guests to explore other Clearwater beaches nearby. Pool chairs onsite at the Hotel are plentiful but get crowded on weekends. Cabanas are great but expect to pay $$. Valet was always friendly and helpful. My mornings drinking coffee on the balcony watching the waves on the ocean was my highlight. Weather most days was amazing! Noise can be expected at night (mainly weekends) there will be music, cars revving etc. Expect some bugs (love bugs) early May for about two weeks."

"Room was clean and spacious. Shade would not go up. Broken. I’m not sure if they use this place for short stays. It felt like something was off the minute we got there. People trying to pay for room with a credit card not in their name. No cash accepted for anything. Must be a reason? 7:30 am fire alarms went off because young lady was having a melt down and pulled the alarm. Front desk was talking to three men about what happened in a room that night. There was Also a young lady with very short shorts on who was upset. We weren’t sure if she had been drugged or was a lady of the evening. Breakfast was not great. Just too many sketchy people. Staff was good and did everything they could in all situations. An even shadier hotel right behind this one. Hotel is right by airport. No restaurants anywhere. Closed car dealership nextdoor. Had to fight to use deadbolt in door. Carpet was old. Looked like they may be trying to renovate as looked like recent paint job in room. We would not book this hotel again."

"This hotel is in the perfect location. The beach is so close and umbrellas and chaise lounges are set up daily for your use. If you want the convenience of the pool, the ocean view is still amazing. Everything is walkable from this hotel with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping in both directions. I would recommend it 100%."
