"Amazing staff. I had an issue with my credit card and without asking them, the front desk and manager were already helping me correct it. To my surprise they upgraded my room to a Beautiful FALLSVIEW room.
Room 4211....the view was absolutely BREATHTAKING!!
For me travelling alone, location is huge. I was close to the Falls and Casino.
Great Experience!"

"Felt we overpaid for our 2 nights. They charged $90 extra on checkout. Suggest you ask them and challenge all departure fees. It felt cheap for $400/night. Wish we went across the street to the Marriott Spa Resort. Live and learn."

"Our room had problems with the electrical plugs, the heating/air conditioner could not be adjusted, the CABLE service went out and there was maintenance noises that were occurring during times we were trying to relax.
Overall, it was expensive for the quality of time there."

"Great property, you will have everything you need for your stay.
Wonderful staff , very accommodating and friendly, they will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, from the moment of check in.
Rooms are comfortable and bigger than expected.
Beautiful patio and views of the vineyard. Complementary wine tasting was a plus and we enjoyed it.
We will definitely come back. "

"Even the hotel says The New Oakes, the washroom needs an overhaul. Vents are not clean. Ceiling had stains. Floor was sticky. Yes, view from the room was excellent but for the amount of money they charge, one expects a top notch room condition. Parking was too expensive, $50 overnight and it is not even 24 hours of duration. "

"My husband and I have stayed at the Harbor House Hotel two times now, and will definitely return. The staff was great; very friendly. The breakfasts were amazing, and the room was clean, comfortable and roomy. Also loved having an espresso maker! The lounge is inviting and there are fresh flowers everywhere which add to the lovely and peaceful atmosphere.
We will definitely return!"

"Clean rooms | Good View | Great food
Only problem was the hockey teams running up and down the halls all night, there was barely any quiet the whole stay, which was unfortunate because we went for a quiet stay and were told we would have a quiet room. Some places let you do cash or debit deposits on room holds, but just a heads up that it will only take credit cards for the room hold."

"We stayed at Doubletree Fallsview for our wedding anniversary, it is the first time we were visiting Canada. We were given a room on the 19th floor with beautiful views of the falls. Our room was nice and spacious and so was the bathroom, there was daily room service. We had a wonderful time at the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is staying at Niagara region. There is a pool, jacuzzi and sauna, as well as spa facilities which can be booked. Everything is so nice here and...
