"The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful, but the room was in awful shape. There were dirty towels and a kite on the floor in the closet. The heater rattled all night, the toilet seat was loose and water ran in the toilet constantly. The sink had a clog of paper so water wouldn't drain. The room smelled of smoke even though it was a non-smoking building. We discovered the smoke came through the heater from outside when people went out to smoke. There were what looked like scratches or splotches of dark paint on the floor in front of the TV. It was a rough night and a lot needs to be repaired. Paying $166 for the room was ridiculous."

"Best breakfast buffet ever!!!! Bacon, French toast, eggs and biscuits and gravy. Was nervous about it being connected to a casino since I was traveling with kids. No worries. Front desk was beyond helpful. They also ha e a shuttle to the mid America center. Highly recommend."
