"Big room and cosy "

"The towels in the room were stained and there were makeup marks on the soap dispenser. Also marks on the chair and floor. I don’t think that room was cleaned well."

"The room was ok, the hotel is a bit dated and basic but it’s a reasonable price so my expectations were not high and therefore it was fine for a night. "

"Hotel is a very beautiful especially the location right on the sea front. Reception staff are very welcoming and professional, the restaurant food especially the fish and chips top tier. The breakfast staff are very polite. The spa and gym very clean. And the bar cocktails mmmm. This is my second visit and there will be a third very soon with the girls in April."

"Staff are so kind friendly and funny The lady who checked us in it was her second day and she did amazing, thank you for being so great. Also so lovely to see the support when needed from her colleague who was a great trainer. it’s was clear they were a great team already A friendly welcome and a great room after a long journey is amazing. "The location is wonderful right on the seafront, with a car park. The property itself could do with modernising throughout. The bar area vibe doesn’t match the style of the building. My room wasn’t particularly clean the headboard had dust and the tv was covered in dust and the remote was sticky and dirty. The shower didn’t have hot water. We didn’t have a comfortable sleep as the bed was hard and lumpy. If the rooms had a refresh it would be a great place to stay."

"The whole stay was lovely. The room was great. Clean and very comfortable bed!! Staff were helpful. Love the free mini bar ! Such a nice touch Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked . Staff were helpful with veggie options and we had freshly cooked sausages! I can really recommend staying here . Thank you Jane"
