"definitely an older property. there was a bug of some sort found in the bathroom twice. bathroom could’ve been cleaner. staff was pleasant, pool was ok (could be cleaner). breakfast was usually over cooked or burnt. didn’t have much to choose from either- but overall a 6.2/10"

"We stayed here for the weekend. The staff are pleasant and friendly. The room is clean and nice. The only problem we had was there was no microwave and hot water in the shower so we just thought it was a slight problem but the next day there was still no hot water so I called the front desk and told her that we don’t have hot water since Friday night. The lady helped us showered in another room which was a great decision of her! Heads up for this lady for helping us out! Over all the hotel was great to stay! Thank you very much"

"looks NOTHING the same as pictures shown. hallways look like Gotham city, beds were stained, air was thick, prostitution filled, keycards worked HALF the time, required a random $50 deposit, & I could go on for days. Wouldn’t recommend this place to a homeless person."

"When we first got there we had to wait a very long time to get checked in and then when we finally did they gave us keys to someone else room and a pitbull charged us. Whenever we finally got into our room there were roaches everywhere, the floors were dirty, bathroom wasn’t clean, no trash can, the ac unit was hanging off the wall. We had to go back to the office 3 different times because are keys would just stop working. They gave a parking violation but never even gave us a parking pass. Overall probably the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had."

"Front desk is closed from 11 pm to 7 am, and there cards as stated when I checked in the first time get de magnetified very easily, so I got locked out one night and couldn’t get into my room until 7 am . Room was decent , but not in a very nice area of Orlando and had many homeless people and sketchy people all around the perimeter . "
