Property was great. Had an issue with first room which they resolved right away. TBH e only thing is the laundry room is a bit of a tricky thing to use and time given to use the area. But the place is great. Recommended

En general el edificio está hermoso las instalaciones muy bonitas el problema es la comunicación con el idioma NO HAY NADIE QUE TE ATIENDA EN EL LUGAR nosotros no sabíamos este tipo de hospedaje donde te dan un código y una clave para entrar llegamos y si no es por una chica que salió a la puerta nadie nos abre todo es por medio de whatsapp y las chicas al principio no hablaban español hasta el siguiente día nos mandaron un chico muy atento para comunicarse con nosotros y nos ayudó en todo lamentablemente no pueden guardar maletas después del check out !! El lugar bonito pero por lo complicado que no puedes dejar tus maletas en lugar que no es hotel es un Airbnb !!! Y por ese motivo no me volvería hospedar en ese lugar !!! Nunca hay una persona para atenderte 😩😩😩 buen lugar pero mala experiencia !!
