O quarto é excelente e o hotel, extremamente confortável e o café da manhã é ótimo. O único ponto que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento da equipe. Faltaram cobertas nos quartos e, mesmo após solicitarmos, elas não foram entregues. Também houve falta de toalhas, apesar de estarmos em um quarto quádruplo. Ao pedir auxílio na recepção, o atendente disse que o problema não era com ele, sem sequer indicar quem poderia nos ajudar. Ao insistirmos, chegou a questionar se realmente precisávamos tomar banho naquele momento, o que considerei totalmente inadequado. Ainda assim, recomendo bastante a hospedagem, com a ressalva desse atendimento específico por parte do recepcionista, cujo nome infelizmente não me recordo.

I had a family emergency on our first night at the hotel. Unfortunately have to interrupted our vacation and fly back to Sao Paulo, Brazil. My sister called the hotel and explained the situation, the hotel refused to refund 7 days from my reservation, the manager told me the policy was no refund in any circumstances wirhout a drs note, how i could do that I was in Florianopolis, Santa Catarina, my family lives in Sao Paulo and my husband and I live in the US. I was on vacation in Brazil visiting family and traveling. No compassionate, or understand that unfortunate emergencies occurs in any place, country or time. We plan this trip for few months and was cut sort.
