Excelente hotel, café da manhã maravilhoso, quarto confortável e limpo. Equipe muito educada. O único senão que colocaria é que o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. Avisei por duas vezes à recepção, que respondeu que seria avaliado pela equipe de manutenção. Fiquei 1 semana e nunca funcionou.

O Hotel Evóra lembra muito aqueles hotéis mais “raiz”, acolhedores e sem frescura. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, cheio de opções, e ainda tem uma lojinha 24 horas com várias coisas à disposição dos hóspedes — de snacks a itens úteis do dia a dia. Outro diferencial é a cadeira de massagem, perfeita para relaxar depois de um dia cansativo. Os problemas que encontrei foram tão pequenos que nem valem a pena ser mencionados.

Apartamento espaçoso, limpo. Cama confortável, travesseiros muito ruins. O hotel está em reforma, tudo bem. Mas o elevador estava com marcas de que um colaborador todo empoeirado passou por lá. Estava assim quando cheguei pela manhã, e à noite quando voltei ainda estava assim. O dia todo e ninguém passou limpar! Atendimento no check-in confuso. Até entenderem que eu queria pagar as estadias de 2 aptos que reservei e garagem tudo junto e tirar Nota Fiscal foi uma lida. Além de sair as Notas por quarto, uma coisa desnecessária.

A estadia foi ótima. O hotel é bem localizado, acomodações confortáveis, quarto muito amplo, só ficaram devendo garagem, que não possuem, é terceirizado, por isso tive que pagar a parte.
