Absolutely amazing staff, delicious and fresh food, beautiful and spacious accommodations. The kids club and the activities were amazing. I unfortunately got hurt while at the resort (no fault of the hotel) but they were so amazing the life guards took amazing immediate care and the hotel had me privately driven to the hospital and waited to bring me back.

It has become my top one hotel. We were actually sad we had to leave, that’s how good it is. Incredible food, excellent gardens, pools and activities. The staff is also very attentive and friendly. Will definitely go back.

We hosted our daughter's wedding party at the resort. This all-inclusive has very good food and nice amenities such as pools, several bars, and athletic facilities. The beach is beautiful as is the walk thru the Ecological Preserve next door. Rooms and bathrooms are ok but are in need of some updating (our toilet kept malfunctioning). The staff is very accommodating and friendly.

We stayed in the villas, not the international hotel. The room was terrible. The beds were so old that I sunk into middle. There was only one table and one chair in the room (and definitely room for more). No art / decorations to speak of. Mold in the bathroom and ants in the bed. Friends had used soap in the showers, a blanket filled with holes and dirt or no blanket at all. We partially booked this property because of the English speaking, but other than at reception, staff rarely spoke English, which made reserving restaurants, spa treatments near impossible. The facilities were also so loud. It was loud in hotel room where we could hear every word from the adjoining room and people talking in the hallways. It was loud in the dining areas, so much so that it was hard to hold a conversation. Walking by the pool areas was loud enough to induce a headache due to the number of people. That being said, the beach was beautiful and some of the outdoor areas were lovely.

Not prepared for family with babies or at least they didn’t want to be prepared with us. No highchairs with security, no elevator in the building we had to sleep (3 floors by stairs), smoking allowed in pool area.. and general attendance was not good, most of hotel team does not speak nor english nor spanish...

Todos os funcionários forma extremamente atenciosos e educados. A comida estava muito boa. A limpeza do quarto estava excelente mas a limpeza da piscina estava horrível. Além da água suja, o entorno estava muito sujo. Falo da piscina coberta, psique quando fomos estava frio e chovendo e não usamos as piscinas externas. Como é permitido comer e beber na piscina, fica muito sujo.

Nos frustramos com a falta de serviço de bebidas em mais locais do resort, sendo de amplo espaço fisico deveria ter mais locais de distribuição. Inclusive nas vilas poderia ser disponível mais opções de bebeidas. A parte da recreação estava muito fraca sem opções atrativas gerais para crianças de 9 anos ou com poucas vagas as atrações mais atrativas como acampamento.

Tem coisas pra melhorar como: Não fornecem roupões (maioria dos resort oferecem). Escassez de sinalizações onde ficam as coisas. Mau cheiro (de lixo) ao lado do bar da piscina. Alguns wc feminino estavam sem papel higiênico. Cardápio limitado e repetitivo em comparação a outros resorts. Jacuzzi sem sistema de reservas e sem higienizacao para novos usuários.Piscinas externas não são aquecidas. (somente as internas).

Un resort que tiene mucho para ofrecer

Hermoso resort con un entorno soñado. Gran playa de arena blanca, olas, espacio para jugar al voley, al tenis de playa etc. Las trilhas para hacer trekking fabulosas. Las eco trilhas en el complejo. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien también. El único punto flojo a destacar es que no hay un espacio interior cómodo donde ofrezcan actividades si se tiene la mala suerte de tener varios dias de lluvia.. como efectivamente ocurrió. Apenas pequeños asientos junto al pasillo... Una pena... en cuanto al personal del hotel todo impecable. Destaco el gran trabajo de los profes que están con los adolescentes. Los mantienen ocupados y divertidos. La señora Vera en el spa con su magnifica atención y Daiana en el aula de pilates. En el restaurant japonés se come muy bien. Comida y bebida no decepciono. Los mozos preocupados por atender bien al visitante. Riquisimos los panes de Edinho. Y los shows del teatro fueron excelentes. De los mejores que he visto en un resort no solo por los bailarines (que eran fantásticos) sino también por los vestuarios, las coreos, la decoración del lugar donde nos recibían con un cockail después del show etc. Recomiendo especialmente "Rock legends". Finalmente mi hijo uso el campo de futbol y me comento que estaba muy bien mantenido con el césped muy cuidado...

Todos os serviços ruins, desde o atendimento até máquinas de café que só saiam água todos os dias; máquina de sorvete que não funcionou nenhum dia, mesas sujas e não adiantava pedir p. Os funcionários limparem que sumiam e não voltavam. Um lixo de resort. As piscinas com água quente lotadas, água suja turva e cheiro de cloro.

Melhorias na orientação na chegada do check

O local e maravilhoso, mais como foi a nossa primeira vez no resort não tivermos a orientação adequada para aproveitar mais com as nossas crianças, muitas informações sobre os eventos não foram passadas para a gente.. isso deixou nossas filhas um pouco frustadas com a estádia. Tevem alguns aspectos que precisa melhorar muito a questão da alimentação, pessoas para orientar, e divulgar também os pontos que estão sem funcionar como o bar ou quiosque na praia.

O hotel é incrivel, tem uma localização exuberante numa praia incrivel. Estuturalmente muito bom, com muitas piscinas tanto ao ar livre como cobertas e inclusive aquecidas. Acesso fácil a praia e a trillhas permitindo muitas atividades para todas as idades. Estruturalmente os quartos estão antigos, necessitando de uma repaginação e a cama na ultima noite ja estava ficando com o colchão mole demais. Em relação ao atendimento foi muito bom no check-in, mas após um problema no Ar condicionado houve muita demora no atendimento e necessidade de rechamados para solucionar. Em relação a comida, a parte dos restaurantes buffet, tem uma boa comida, bem temperada e diversificada, todavia, a experiencia no restaurante com agendamento foi péssima. O menu de quatro tempos, haviam problemas em 2 pratos, sendo um risoto praticamente cru e a carne servida fora do ponto solicitado. No geral, o valor está um pouco acima do esperado pelos problemas encontrados
