"Loved everything about this hotel. I went here for my honeymoon and this was definitely the best choice. Especially when trying to save some money on food."

"A/C worked but very noisy. No hot tub. Water was hot! Staff friendly and accommodating. Furniture very beat up and needs replacing. Bathroom fan very dirty, not sure if really was working. Fridge very noisy and door not fully closing. Ice machines were broken. No coffee machine in lobby. Bathroom floor grouting very dirty. Just could use a real overhaul."

"The staff was SO lovely and the vibe of the whole place is just excellent! Really cute and incredibly well located! The room was comfy (tho the walls felt a little thin) and very clean, and the a/c in there was great, which was nice because it was a sticky afternoon when we arrived. Their late check-out policy was a lifesaver and while parking was a little bit tight it was still very convenient."

"The room I booked (deluxe suite with double queen beds in a separate bedroom and sofa sleeper in rhe living room) wasn't available although the desk attendant said the computer said the room should be available, but he couldn't figure out exactly which room number it was, so they put us in a different room. That room was dirty. I pulled out the sofa sleeper and the mattress cover was yellow and dirty and the sofa sleeper mattress had urine stains on the underside. And there was a ziploc bag with a used bar of soap under the cushions. We requested a new room. This room was a little cleaner, but still dirty (sofa sleeper in the same condition as the previous room) and even smaller than the previous room. At this point, we tried one more time to get a new room that was at least as big as the 1st one we had, but cleaner. They let us take a look at another room, but that sofa sleeper had some kind of clear crystal (looked like glass at first) under the mattress cover. After this we requested a refund and spent hours trying to book a room at another nearby hotel. The cleaning staff needs to be trained to clean ALL the linen and places even the sofa sleeper whether or not they believe it was used or not."
