"There was a good hot breakfast -- eggs, bacon, ham, sausage and potatoes, and the coffee was good. I requested a first floor room which apparently are reserved for guests with pets. I didn't know that. Elevators make navigation easy enough; we just prefer ground floor accommodations."

"Tge staff was not helpful, and none of the amenities listed was available for usage due to everything being broken... yes the room was clean, but nothing worked and the bed was very uncomfortable..."
