"We enjoyed this as our final stay in Norway after 2 weeks. It was idyllic, scenic, and we loved the hens and chicks free ranging on the property! So cute.
The only confusion was that there isn't any signage directing you where to go when you arrive. We accidentally went to the door of their main home that is pictured in the Expedia listing, instead of the home that is the rental described. I had to message them when we arrived for clarification.
Other than that, the stay was very relaxing....

"This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for myself, my husband and our grown daughter. Great restaurants, delicious coffee and beautiful parks all within easy walking distance. Proximity to the university gave the neighborhood a fun vibe. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very well placed hotel, quiet and clean neighbourhood with plenty of amenities nearby.
Room a little on the smaller side, but big enough for basic use, thankfully we didn't need to stay indoors all day, else it would have been rather cramped. Also, the fridge didn't exactly get cold, but was just barely cool enough for storing temperature sensitive medicines.
Breakfast was good, although dairy intolerance could have been catered for better - no dairy free spreads or cheeses available when...

"The room was basically good and the hotel is in a great location.
On our arrival we found two problems - first, the sliding door to the bathroom was off its rails and stuck open. We had to wait till the following day for it to be fixed. The whole door arrangement cheapened the look of what was otherwise a comfortable room.
The second problem was the shower faucet. It was a fairly standard that you had to switch the water from the bath faucet to shower head. Problem was that it didn’t work,...

"Location was wonderful and the hosts were helpful when checking in. It was clean and ammenities worked well.

"The apartment is in a great location to explore Bergen from with the main high street 5-10 minutes walk, the Fishmarket 10-15 and Bryggen around 20 minutes walking. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby along with the mandatory 7-11 on most corners.

"Location is very convenient, room is nice but lots of issues :
1)- thermostat doesn’t work well, room either too hot or too cold. Notify staff and nothing was done.
2)- Mirror in bathroom if too dark and not useable.
3)- Staff on weekend has no knowledge of anything else except checking in and our for guests.
4)- Breakfast is nice but eating in the dark and low ceiling basement is not a way to start your day.
5)- management is completely out of touch on the weekend."
