"Not impressed, the room was not as seen on the photos and was not supplied a baby cot for my 6 week old baby. On arrival we were told to pay an up front deposit for damage at £50 from a card witch was not apart of the booking so unexpected cost was disgusting we payed for all entertainment and then was told by staff it was room only and we could not use the facilities , staff had an horrible attitude and I would not stay again !"

"Room was very small , coat hangers so high couldn’t hang anything up waste of time , no chairs in room being disabled did struggle having to sit on bed all the time , bathroom was wetroom but did not have handrails round toilet or shower so couldn’t have shower as nothing to hold onto , food was good staff in dining room very good"

"Had a great stay at Queens Plaza Hotel. Denise and John keep a lovely place, nice comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Well worth it in my opinion. Nicely located a few minutes tram ride from the centre of blackpool. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. "

"Did not have breakfast by choice but evening meal was superior. Take a multi point extension as i had to unplug tv to boil kettle due to lack of sockets. Free wi fi was out of range for my room unfortunately worked in dining room and reception so it wasn't the phone."

"Tired, dirty and cramped. Online check in pointless, you still have to join the massive queue. Half the 'attractions' of the hotel shut. No ironing board or iron in room, you have to pay DESPITE THIS BEING ADVERTISED AS COMING WITH THE ROOM. Bed was acceptable... A bit lumpy and some questionable hairs. Room was tired, drawers broken, window handle broken, bathroom was dirty and stunk of drains whenever you used the sink. Blood stains on the wall, suspicious stains on the chair at the end of the bed........ When getting back approx 10:30pm we were greeted by 4 police vans outside the hotel, screaming and shouting late into the night - oh and I could hear everything the couple next door were up to. Real classy, doubt it was that good. Never again... "

"Staff lovely and accommodating, room was spacious, lovely view of the river, comfy bed and clean fresh bathroom. Had a lovely evening meal in the sun by the river, and breakfast was great. And all for a very reasonable price, would definitely stay again"
