"The retro room was so beautiful, especially as we had an ocean view and could have the windows open to hear the ocean and feel the breeze. We were also treated to the acoustic music rambling up the stairwell into our room from the restaurant below. All in all a romantic stay with wonderful staff, food and a very comfortable bed"
"This was our 9th trip to Cairns and the first time staying at the Cairns Plaza Hotel, which is by far out favourite place to stay now. It is located in a quieter end of the esplanade which we really enjoyed but still well within walking distance of downtown Cairns. The hotel was very clean, staff were exceptionally helpful, and the room was comfortable and very spacious. "
"Only 10 min by taxi from airport. Not far from seafront and in walking distance to the reef fleet terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff. We have had comfy 3-night stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel again."
"I really liked our room, for us, father and son, it was perfect. Two queen beds placed in different areas of a large room, the room has a kitchenette and the shower in the bathroom is big with plenty of hot water. Next time in Cairns, and there will be a next time, I'll stay here."
