"You can judge quality by the quality of sunbeds. And they’ve got nice ones. Also you can tell 5 star by the quality of service received especially during breakfast as they waft around tidying plates but unnoticed as subtle. Mix up with paying twice but resolved satisfactorily. Quality products in bathroom. Definitely would stay again and recommend "
"Only 10 min by taxi from airport. Not far from seafront and in walking distance to the reef fleet terminal. Very friendly and helpful staff. We have had comfy 3-night stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel again."

"I really liked our room, for us, father and son, it was perfect. Two queen beds placed in different areas of a large room, the room has a kitchenette and the shower in the bathroom is big with plenty of hot water. Next time in Cairns, and there will be a next time, I'll stay here."

Plus as a woman in the gym on her own it would be good to either have the walking machines face the door - or have mirrored glass on the wall opposite the door so I can see what is happening behind me and who has come in. "
"Japanese receptionist was very gentle and kind. The room is clean and tidy. Everything you need is prepared. Shopping center is next to the hotel so we enjoyed cooking and had breakfast and dinner at the balcony using stand light. Not gorgeous but enough to do everything."
