"The resort was beautiful as soon as you walked in. Loved all the activities they had and the big space around the pool. The room was more than what was expected, loved the pool view."

"Fantastic hotel"

"The hotel was nice. Staff was great. Location is great and convenient. My issue is THE FEES. I knew about the $50 resort fee prior to booking and I was ok with that. I thought that included parking my vehicle there which has always been the case when staying at a hotel. It does not. I got my final statement which also charged me $40 additional for self-parking making my total $98 in EXTRA FEES on top of the cost of the room. This is greed and gouging and I will NEVER stay at this hotel again for that reason. Put the fees in the room rate or 1 resort fee up front and don't hide it behind non-sense. This made a great experience very frustrating. As a side note, the parking lot that they charge to park in is incredibly tight and limited in availablity. I had to pull out of two different spaces to load and unload my vehicle so I didn't hit the vehicles next to me. I didn't complain until I realized I was paying a premium for this parking lot built for hot wheels."

"Awesome place for the family! Not ghetto like the grove down the rd. Villas are well maintained and huge nothing is run down. No stench of weed which is a major plus! Pools are nice as well as the lazy river. If your looking for somewhere super family friendly this is the place !"

"I was honestly really disappointed with this hotel experience. The communication from the staff was extremely confusing and it seemed like nobody really knew the answers to basic questions. Every time we asked something, we got different information depending on who we spoke to. The shuttle service was also very poorly managed. They only had limited shuttle times, and the bus driver would leave exactly on schedule without giving even a few extra minutes for guests who were clearly on the way. There was no flexibility or consideration at all. We also specifically requested a king room, and instead of informing us ahead of time that they were sold out, nobody contacted us until the day we arrived. That should have been communicated days in advance. To make things worse, the elevators were not working, so we had to walk up multiple flights of stairs with our belongings. Overall, it was only a one-night stay, yet somehow almost everything went wrong. The experience felt unorganized and frustrating from start to finish. I do not recommend staying here, even if you are just looking for a quick one-day getaway. "
