"The room was clean and comfortable. All furnishings were in excellent condition. The staff were very accomodating and even made sure they had turned on the heater before I arrived to make sure the room was warm as the afternoon got cooler. "

Both Leigh and her husband were extraordinary hosts, kind, friendly and extremely considerate. The unit was very clean, everything was comfortable and the kitchen extremely well provisioned. I would definitely recommend to everyone and stay again if ever needed accommodation in Invercargill "

"Arrived at the hotel in the midst of a severe wind storm. The front desk staff were busy dealing with multiple issues including a new reservation system, but were polite and offered 2 drink vouchers to use while awaiting check-in. They were quickly able to get us checked in. Rooms were clean and comfortable with parking right outside the room. Beds were comfortable. Check out was simple. All staff were very accommodating and polite."
