"From the perspective of 2 seniors, the Loft required far too many stairs, so they should have posted an "Accessibility Advisor". The view was great, however the electrical was highly outdated. A telltale sign is electrical outlet bars, and a lack of fans, particularly in the bathroom, so we had to run the A/C at a low temp (65 F) all nite. The location of the TV was a bit obtuse. "The motel is older but the interiors are clean and spacious. It was air conditioned and had a mini fridge but no microwave. My only concern was I was on the main level and my bathroom window didn’t lock… It is on a very busy road and the traffic is noisy but it was within a 30 minute walk to the falls and amenities. Staff was nice and price is fair"

"Overall a very enjoyable stay, no complaints. If I had to get nitpicky the jet tubs they have are a little loud and its takes awhile to fill the tub. You could practically swim in the bed and the hosts were very lovely. This place is fantastic if you enjoy interacting with others over breakfast and conversing. I would highly recommend the place."

"Arrived before checkin time, staff was happy to accommodate our parked vehicle while we took in a boat tour of the falls. And when we requested an upper room to view the falls and fireworks even better, we were placed on the top floor! All rooms have a view of the fireworks, but we appreciated being on the 17th floor! Very Nice facilities, only comment would be the short time elevator doors stay open, when trying to navigate a luggage cart in."
