" I stayed there for 3 nights. The bed was comfortable. The amenities were great. It was just a bit of a walk to the elevator since I was placed on a further room. Also the microwave and ice were not available on all floors so you'll have to go to an alternate floor. Overall stay was great and definitely would recommend."

Since the weather was cold (February), this advertised feature was extremely attractive and the reason I booked this hotel. I brought this to the manager’s attention, at check-out, and he did give us Hilton Honors points for the inconvenience. However, I feel the property should have notified me that the pool/jacuzzi was out of order when my reservation was confirmed. "

"I've never stayed at a Comfort Inn that was unacceptable..until now!! The room smelled like smoke. The carpet was stained (looked like a crime scene), faucet and toilet paper holder were broken. The hallway carpet was filthy and smelled musty and smokey. NEVER AGAIN!"
