"I didn’t live the annex building where I felt like my room was in a basement. It had a window but I couldn’t open the blinds since it was street level and people would be able to look into my room from the alley. I also asked for a late checkout out which they charged me 20GBP. Since I had a late check in and was only there for 16 hours, you’d think they would have approved it without charging me. The breakfast and location were good though."

"Lovely hotel by Legoland Windsor, perfect getaway to Legoland or Windsor castle. Amazing breakfast options, clean property, and spacious play area for children. The only downside is the number of charging ports (only 4 spaces by the reception) and two were occupied by a rental EV but not charging (they parked overnight, blocking other guests to use the spot). And the leisure club only has gym and swimming pool, no spa facilities such as sauna, steam room, nor hot tub. But overall, a gem in middle of Windsor. Please do add more of charging ports in the parking space and add spa facilities."
