Offered pans and cooking utensils for the stove. My door was broke and wouldn’t lock or latch properly, but the front desk was quick to fix it. Front desk staff was very friendly. Rooms were very outdated.

Comfortable beds

Staff is friendly, and I love how comfortable the beds and pillows are. I was upgraded to a room for free due to my room not being ready, and that was nice.

Staying at this property was simple, easy and very reasonably priced. Extra living space and kitchen was nice to have, but I didn’t need it. This would be a great choice if I needed an extended stay!

A pleasant stay

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a little lacking but it was okay enough to get us on our way.

The price we paid for the room was lower than most in the area but the room was much better. The separate sitting area with second tv was great for me with my grandkids. They can watch their cartoons while i can watch my hockey and racing in the "bedroom". The 2 queen beds along with sleeper sofa gave everyone their own bed to sleep in with plenty of room to spare. We will be staying here more often. And the pool is great too!!!!

The room was spacious, the pool was nice, and staff was very nice. However when our daughter was trying to sleep she felt a bug crawling on her and it was bed bugs. We immediately packed up all our stuff, checked out, and I informed front desk they issued a refund without complaint.

Good enough

3.5 stars. Average in just about every way. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Room was comfortable and clean enough. Breakfast consisted of nutrigrain bars and some pre-packaged muffins which was disappointing. No outside space to relax other than the parking lot.

Not the best

The room was ok. Except for the gross brown stains on the mattress on the hide a bed. Also the bloody pus looking like stain on the pillow case. It was down into the pillow so the pillow case was not changed. The breakfast was dull. Only muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets. The only beverage options were coffee,tea and hot cocoa. No juice or milk for the kids. Fresh fruit would of been nice. The pool was ok. The kids had fun.

Overall the stay was good. Hotel could use some updates. There was strong smell of Marijuana when entering and exiting the lobby. There was a breakfast advertised but we were not told it was "grab and go" until checkin and were disappointed to only see little muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal available. If there isnt a breakfast don't advertise one. Also, the pool hours were not posted anywhere for us to see and the guy there at checkin had no idea about them. The room was good for the most part. The phone wasn't working when we checked in but did once i messed with the plug and there were not linens provided for the sofa sleeper and when I called I had to go down to get them rather than him bring them to me. The beds were comfortable and it was clean.
