"Building is in disarray, with things left all over the place. No one was at the front desk. Towels were not changed and our room was not refreshed for our second night. I planned to use my credit card but was told the machine wasn’t working and I had to pay cash, but wasn’t given a receipt. (I was finally emailed a receipt a day later, after I insisted on one.) I never did received the change from my cash payment. It was all quite strange."

Service, information, willingness to help everyone was just fantastic. It was a great jumping off place to drive to all the locations we visited around the area. "The Bunkhouse B&B is a great location if you are visiting the Speyside area. The owner is friendly and was very helpful and the breakfast was great. Be sure to check out the walking trail in back of the B&B along the Spey river."
