"We booked this hotel based on reviews primarily regarding the comfort of the bed (we both have significant spinal issues so this is our #1 important factor) but the reviews were not accurate or perhaps for a different standard of room. "The room was nice and faced the beach. Upon arrival we were sent sparkling wine and fruit but some the fruit had gone bad. 😞 We loved the beach area but the water sports should have snorkels and masks to rent. That was dissapointing. The Japanese restaurant was amazing. Thanks"

"Clean room. Didn’t like that you couldn’t use the spa pool without paying for it, and the fact that you had to book a massage 3 days in advance. Food was okay, was the same food everyday so if you didn’t like it you didn’t get a chance for anything new."
