"Nice place to stay "

"Lovely pub and restaurant. Room lovely and clean but didn't need a disabled bathroom and extra lighting that was bright in room at night. Large family group staying next to us, who had early morning meeting in hallway and no soft closing doors so quite noisy. Staff excellent. "

"Fabulous standard. Newly refurbished to high spec. Very friendly staff. Lovely and quiet. I felt perfectly safe, helped by my room being on the upper floor and there being a 24/7 reception. Worth noting the rooms are “motel” style - ie doors to the exterior walkways which for single vulnerable travellers should just be aware of. That said … I intend to make this my go to place for Milton Keynes. Excellent value for money. "

"We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was full of character being a Listed Building and The Manager, Tony, gave us a wonderful guided tour of all 15 the bedrooms and the spa in the cellar (which was beautiful). Dinner was absolutely amazing - plus one of the best Full English breakfasts I've ever tasted. The bed was super-comfortable and the bedroom was huge, spacious and beautifully decorated - no two bedrooms were the same - which added to the charm of the hotel. Lovely lounge and fantastic bar...

"We stayed at this hotel to visit Silverstone Racing Circuit and to take part in the 2025 Adrian Flux Road Tour. It was a good choice for both. On our arrival, although we had not booked an accessible room, and due to there being no lift, we were reallocated to a ground floor room, as my wife is awaiting a full knee replacement operation. The staff were courteous and helpful. We eat in the restaurant on the first night of our stay, and the food was good and service adequate, but the menu...
