"The hotel is, really, a boutiqu hotel. I got a large room with a seating area..but that was about it. There is no kettle, bottled water or tea/coffee supplied ("Go to nearby coffe houses" I was told when I queried this). The morning staff member was a lot more pleasant :) Also,ifyou forget to hand your keys your room will not be cleaned. And, even if you do, only the towels were refreshed. I didn't not evidence of sheet refreshir even clean of desk :( Airconditioning was good. Hotwater...

"Very cozy Riad. The staff are very warm and friendly! Breakfast was served at 9 and it was comforting and delicious. Fatima and her staff are great hosts. It is located really close the Blue Gate of the Medina and there are a few banks and atms, which is a plus! If you are a light sleeper, you might have some trouble sleeping because you can hear people if they come into the Riad "

"Alex and Yasmin provided a beautiful experience. We stayed in the Rubis suite for five nights. The property itself is stunning and has many unique antiques throughout. The staff is excellent and catered to our every need. Alex arranged a guided tour of the Medina, as well as escorts to help us find restaurants in the evening. "The room and bathroom did not look like the pictures at all, but the amazing staff made up for that. They were so kind, helpful, and friendly. They made sure we knew where we were going, set up taxis for us, and made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was also delicious and the best one we had in Morocco. "
