It has an excellent location with beautiful views. The room is very spacious. The dinner buffet is regular and not very varied. We had a problem in the bathroom with a water leak from the toilet so the floor was always wet. and when you turn on the key of the water it comes out spilling out abruptly, so always getting you wet. That was the only problem. Maybe the rooms need a little maintenance.

Sertil Royal is a good hotel. We enjoyed our stay. We only stayed for one night but enjoyed the view of Oludeniz and the pool was lovely. It was quiet and clean. We did have to switch rooms because the toilet was broken when we got the room. But they were very accommodating and quick to put us in another room. We also got to the hotel 3 hours early and they allowed us to check in early which was very kind of them. Breakfast was good with quite a lot of variety to chose from.

Straight out of a horror movie.

Straight out of a horror movie. We were told we were “upgraded” to a walk-out pool room, but to even get to the room we had to go down two separate elevators, through multiple long hallways, a restaurant, three staircases, and puddles of smelly fish water on the ground. When we finally opened the door, the room was covered in mold — the walls were literally black with it. It was so bad I wouldn’t put an animal in that room. When we refused to stay there, the only “alternative” they offered was a room that looked like a used workers’ quarters: a pull-out bed on the floor and a large hole in the door next to the handle covered with a measly thin layer of tape, making it unsafe and easily opened from the outside. Completely unacceptable. We left the hotel exhausted, hungry, and still salty from the beach, forced to search late at night for another hotel. To make matters worse, this was the day after my fiancée and I got engaged - instead of celebrating, we were dealing with this nightmare. The management was unprofessional and the office smelled of cigarettes and had alcohol bottles lying around. They promised a refund, but have yet to process it through Hotels.com. This hotel is unethical, unsafe, and unsanitary and is not in compliance with basic health and safety standards. You are better off sleeping outside than at this hotel. Do not book here.

Otel aileler için uygun, biz memnun kaldık. Havuz kullanımı düzenli, odalar temiz ve ferah. Sadece otopark konusunda çok sıkıntılı bir bölge, aracı olanlar için zorluk yaratıyor. Resepsiyondaki hanımefendi bize çok yardımcı oldu, çok güleryüzlüydü. Genel olarak memnun ayrıldık.

Un hôtel qui ne mérite même pas une étoile, mis à part la vue. Les chambres sont insalubres : humidité omniprésente, murs qui s'effritent, moisissures dans la salle de bain et odeur difficile à supporter. Impossible de se reposer sereinement. La nourriture est médiocre, toujours les mêmes plats sans choix ni qualité. L'insonorisation est inexistante, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines, y compris les enfants en crise. Le personnel ne fait aucun effort pour placer les clients de manière plus logique, et n'est pas particulièrement agréable ni serviable. La piscine et la vue pourraient être des points positifs, mais la propreté laisse également à désirer. En résumé : hôtel à éviter absolument, mis à part la vue rien n'est correct.

Yatak konforluydu oda ferah ve güzeldi. tam otele gireceğimiz gün boş odaları kalmadığı için rezervasyonun gününü değiştirmeyi teklif ettiler. Bunun mümkün olamayacağını söyledim. Sonra bir şekilde çözeceklerini söylediler. Hotels de yazan oda bilgileriyle gerçekteki oda bilgileri farklıydı satandart odalarda jakuzi yok. bu yüzden girişte bir sorun yaşandı ama otel yetkilileri havuzlu odalardan birini bize vererek sorunu bi nebze çözdüler. Kahvaltıları güzel, açık büfe. Ama akşam yemeği açık büfesinde ana yemekte eser miktarda et var bu yüzden onu satın almanızı önermem, fiyatına değecek bir menü değil. Otopark alanı da sınırlı ama bir şekilde çözüyorlar. Kotta bir yere kat kat inşa edildiğinden, Otelin içi labirent gibi. Ama çok güzel de bir manzarası var. Genel olarak sessiz sakin ve huzurlu bir yer.
