Many of the aspects of this stay were good especially the warm welcome of the family that ran the Hotel. We thought the value for money aspect was average by comparison to other Turkish Hotels we have stayed in.

Beautiful hotel at Marina

Spent two nights at Dedeminn Marina Hotel. Excellent location for Marina, shops restaurants. Rooms were spacious and lovely decor. Breakfast was sufficient for our needs. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again if in the area.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is great; directly in the Center, convenient 7min walk from the airport shuttle stop (45tl), and directly across from the taxi station for your ride back to the airport (~300tl).

Beautifully clean bathroom and bedroom. Quality bed linen. Super comfortable bed….we slept so well. Delicious breakfast fantastic choice of food all well presented and super fresh. Located in the heart of the action so a bit noisy, but excellent location . Get the port side rooms. The place is starting to show wear from our last visit four years ago, but we would definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great customer service. Nice breakfast. Shame about the late night noise from neighbouring bars which kept us awake at night

Otel'in yeri mükemmel. Hem marina hem o elit çarşı ve mekanların başında. Göcek plaj bölgesi değil, tekne gezileri denizden yararlanmanın yolu, ya da araba ile yakın yerlere gitme opsiyonlu, otelden denizden yararlanma beklentiniz olmasın. Hizmet son derece candan ve yeterli. Tüm Göcek esnafı zaten öyle. İki küçük sıkıntımız oldu. Banyoda sular tazyiksiz (az) ve hemen yakında gece ikiye kadar devam eden güçlü müzik. Çok enteresan neden buna izin veriliyor acaba. Biz Göcek akşamları süper olduğu için yorgun döndük ve uyumak zor olmadı. Yabancılar, özellikle İngiliz, ABD lilerin olması ilginç. Ruslar da var tabi. Bence çok feasible bir tercih oldu hotelimiz ve bölgesel anlamda mekanımız.

5 gün boyunca 103 numaralı odada konakladık. Odamızın büyüklüğü harikaydı, banyosuda gayet geniş. Depolama alanı çok yeterliydi. Tertemiz bir otel ve merkezde oluşu harika. Kahvaltı gayet iyiydi. Resepsiyon yetkililerinin inanılmaz tatlı ve misafirperver. Dedeminn marina otelde konakladığımız için Nena Longue de havuzu ücretisiz olarak kullandık. Otelin hemen önünde yer alan marinada bulunan Nena’da yemek yemenizi tavsiye ederim. Hergün denize gitmek yorduğundan, havuz dinlenmek için çok iyi geldi. Kaldığımız odayı ve sizleri özleyeceğiz. Emekleriniz için teşekkürler.

Dedemin'i sevdik

Bir iki küçük dokunuşla süper bir butik hotel olabilir. Çalışanlar çok cana yakın, odaları ferah. Özellikle banyoda tek tük eskiyen eşyalar gördük. Bu eşyalar yenilenirse bence 4/4 lük otel olur.

Gelişmesi geren temizlik ve hizmet standardı

Otele giriş ve karşılanmamız oldukça samimi ve pozitifti.şehir manzaralı seçtiğimiz oda çok gürültülü olunca son 3 geceye ait oda ücret farkını ödeyerek deniz tarafına geçtik.Otel çalışanları son derece güler yüzlü ancak alınan hizmet kalitesi için aynı şeyi söylemek zor, üstelik otel büyük oranda boş olmasına karşın! Müşteri olarak en çok yoran kahvaltı standardının olmayışı ve oda temizlik konusuydu. Kalite ve lezzeti güzel olan Açık büfe kahvaltı iki gün sonra yerini azaltılmış çeşitlilikle tabak servisi olarak sunulmaya başlandı. İlave peynir vs. İstendiğinde getirildi ama istenen durum bu değildi. Örneğin Filtre Kahveyi 2. Günden sonra istememeye başladım, çünkü 2. Sabah istediğimde yapmayı bilmiyorum yanıtı alıp o zaman kahveyi verin ben yapabilirim denilince kahve yapıldı. Haliyle sonraki sabah artık istememeye başlıyorsunuz.Otel yöneticisi bey Oda temizliğinin 2 günde havluların hergün çarşafların ise 3 günde bir değiştirildiğini söylemesine karşın oda temizliğimizi ve havlu değişimi 2 hatırlatma sonrası gerçekleşti. Özetle temizlik ve hijyen en sıkıntılı konuydu. Hotel bu kadar boşken ve resepsiyondaki ekipte güleryüzlü iken hizmet kalitesinin düşüklüğünü anlamak zor. Yüksek sezonda kalmak daha riskli olabilir.

Göcek'in tam merkezinde, denize karşı çok sevimli bir butik otel. Personel son derece nazik ve ölçülü. Oda geniş ve konforlu. Dekorasyonu gayet şık. Otele giriş 20 basamak kadar bir merdivenle. Altında Migros var ve çarşı tam otelle başlayıp doğuya Portville sitesi ile marinaya kadar uzanıyor. Batıda ünlü Safir ve Topaz siteleriyle Rixos Premium var. Çok yakınında birçok restoran ve kafe seçeneği mevcut. Otopark hemen otelin karşısında, belediyenin ve günlük 50 TL. Kahvaltı yeterli düzeyde.
