Magnifique hôtel avec accueil au top. Ils m’ont accueilli tard et ont été aux petits soins. L’accompagnement a été fait jusque la chambre afin de me laisser de l’eau et valider ma satisfaction. Je conseille aux familles de s’y rendre.

Awful.Nothing good to write about.

The worst hotel of the century.. all you see on the site pictures is not what you get. The building is Very old,the Capet is very dirty that I couldn’t even use my socks to walk on it. How is this a 5 star I do not know. No satellites Chanel in the room. The only good thing is that I didn’t spend more than one night.

Not the best but affordable for what it is

Hotel is not a real 5 stars. It's falling into pieces in some rooms. But still, it's comfortable. The quality of the service is below what one could expect. Nevertheless, the location is good and the price acceptable.

Bom e confortável, mas descuidado

A entrada é bonita, com um grande e vistoso lobby. Dá para notar que o hotel já teve seus tempos de glamour. Os quartos também são espaçosos, com uma cama imensa e confortável, móveis clássicos antigos, mas descuidados. O banheiro é muito bom, com box. Wifi não funcionava no quarto, e pegava mal no lobby. A piscina era pequena e havia poucas espreguiçadeiras. Há restaurantes e cafés bem próximos. Fica a 20 minutos de caminhada do coração de Villa Nouvelle e do shopping. Para chegar à Medina, melhor pegar um táxi. Vale o custo x benefício, mas para uma experiência autêntica marroquina, melhor optar por um Riad na Medina.

Good hotel, value for money, great service

Good hotel for the price, great service, comfy beds but the rooms are a bit dark, couple of cover shops outside, there is a newsagent across the road next to Aliena coffee shop, gets comes and waters from there as they are very expensive in the hotel

il n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles Petit déjeuner médiocre Côté sud de l'hôtel hyper bruyant à cause de la VMC de la cuisine qui fonctionne H24 Hôtel très peu entretenu . Aucune conscience vis à vis d'une perte d'eau considérable occasionnée par les chasses d'eau qui coulent 24/24.
