"This property has zero amenities! No spa no pool no weight room no refrigerator and microwave in rooms. In order to get toilet paper and towels you gotta walk to the concierge’s desk. Roaches flies and other bug types were in the room. Had to get my cat out from under the bed. She was able to squeeze herself and had to lift up the mattress, and it was full of pee and black."
