Friendliest staff

We just spent four great days at Fernando de Noronha. One important reason to make our stay enjoyable and memorable was the friendly staff at Pousada do Biu. Dani was amazing from the start! She provided helpful information and treated us like we were family. The breakfast was very good and consisted of a variety of fruits, breads, cakes and more. There was a different kind of juice every morning. The pousada location was excellent, too. We were within 2-3 minutes from the main square and barely a mile from the historical fortress on the island. If there was anything that could be improved would be the wifi access. The pousada had a very weak wifi connection, but when you have so much to do on the island, having a weak wifi is not so bad after all.

Reservei a pousada do Biu com 90 dias de antecedência da minha viagem p Noronha e 20 dias antes fui informada que não tinha quarto. Transferiram minha reserva para pousada Luna, era isso, ou ficaria sem ter onde dormir. Absurdo! Chegando a pousada estava abandonada, sim, n tinha ninguém p me receber. Só depois q eu liguei p números q estavam expostos como de emergência; Sra. Maria me atendeu, dizendo q estava indo. Sra. Maria é uma querida, como quase todos da ilha; mas vc não pode pagar R$530,00 numa diária e não ter a quem se reportar na pousada. Vc só descobre que o atendimento é até as 14h, quando vc chega na pousada; no meu caso cheguei às 12h e não tinha ninguém. Ou seja; desrespeito, deslealdade. Em qualquer lugar do mundo, do albergue ao resort existe uma recepção, mas não nessas pousadas, Biu, Luna, todas do mesmo grupo. Que só visam ganhar dinheiro e enganar o cliente. Sim, enganar, pq não existe em descrição alguma do hotel, que vc só terá um funcionário de 7 as 14h a sua disposição e que mesmo assim, ele pode não estar. Tenho certeza que o grupo não permanecerá por muito tempo, a n ser que mude de postura e respeite o cliente.
