Without doubt one of the favorite resort so far! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and our names were mentioned on a welcoming letter with a nice treat at the bangalo we stayed. The staff was extremely friendly, delicious breakfast, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant staff super deserves a special thanks. We had 4 great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

Contentieux juridique à venir pour cet hôtel qui nous a volé 1 900 euros car nous n’avons pas pu nous rendre sur l’île en raison de l’annulation de tous les vols de la compagnie Voepass (compagnie brésilienne qui a crashé cet été un avion sur Sao Paulo). Le gouvernement brésilien a mis sous surveillance opérationnelle cette comaognie et nous avons dû annuler indépendamment de notre volonté notre séjour de 4 jours. L’hôtel refuse de nous rembourser et Expédia aussi…contentieux juridique à venir par biais d’avocat

Piorou muito

Já havia ficado duas vezes nesse hotel é resolvi retornar pa era muito bom. Pena…. O quarto é muito bom e limpo, amenities l’occitane, ótimas toalhas e roupas de cama. Agora vamos aos problemas: na primeira noite faltou luz e o hotel não tem gerador e não havia nenhum funcionário depois das 23h para dar informações. Eu e outros hóspedes perambulamos com a lanterna do celular para tentar descobrir algo mas foi em vão. Café da manhã bem fraco. As 9:30h já não havia opções de sucos, pão francês borrachudo, quantidade de manteiga era mínima,etc. Tudo ainda piorou quando, ao voltar de um dia inteiro de praias não havia água quente. Meu marido contatou a recepção e foi informado que como já era de noite, os outros hóspedes já deviam ter tomado banho e acabou! Como assim???? Um quarto de R$2.700,00 que acaba a água quente? No dia seguinte de manhã cedo, ainda tomamos banho frio antes de ir para o aeroporto. Nesse horário ninguém ainda devia ter acabado com a água quente. Resumo: perderam um cliente, com toda a certeza.

Tudo perfeito

Pousada maravilhosa , porém com pouca luminosidade no quarto e a piscina do quarto não tem luz e nem iluminação lá fora para a ultizaçao da mesma a noite . Tem alguns horários que o chuveiro não sai água . Acredito que seja devido ao nomeado de hóspedes ultilizando a água ao mesmo tempo . Equipe de funciona nota mil . Ficaria facilmente nesse hotel novamente. Super recomendo

Pousada linda. Quartos amplos e bem limpos. Apenas alguns detalhes que deixaram a desejar: Staffs poderiam ser mais solicitos (nunca foram rudes, mas não foram muito acolhedores). viajamos para comemorar o aniversario de meu marido, solicitei que esperassem com um espumante ou algo especial no quarto (eu pagaria); avisaram que deixariam um mimo mas "esqueceram". Relembrei eles no dia seguinte e combinamos que deixariam na ultima noite, mas mais uma vez esqueceram. Outra vez solicitei um creme corporal (ja que o pessoal da limpeza esqueceu de colocar qualquer produto naquele dia - nem sabonete!), avisaram que ja levariam mas, esqueceram...
