The staff at Hotel Diana were wonderful and extremely helpful. The included breakfast was a lovely spread of a European continental breakfast with meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, and fruits. The staff kept it well stocked and clean throughout the breakfast service. They surrounding area of the hotel had a wonderful view - we enjoyed watching the sunset from the hotel the evenings that we were here. Would definitely recommend it to others and return for another stay!

Hotel ancora vecchio stile ma con ammodernamenti importanti soprattutto nella ricezione. Posto ideale pder trovare serenità e tranquillità si trova praticamente in mezzo alla foresta con sntieri e percorsi per aggiungere più facilmente le cime, in particolare il Feldberg, il massiccio più elevato della Foresta Nera. Importante poi è che ha una piscina interna che, in estate, può avvantaggiare i clienti più accaldati. Ottima e tradizionale colazione oltre che spazi fruibili all'esterno tra il vede e viste panoramiche mozzafiato.

Très joli hôtel un peu en dehors de la ville pas très loin de commerces. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Grande piscine avec une belle amplitude horaire. Petit dejeuner très complet et dîner de qualité.

Angemessenes und faires Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis: Zweckmässige Einrichtung, sehr schöner Umschwung, grosse Auswahl fürs Morgenessen, freundliches Personal, im Zimmer vorhandener Wassererhitzer mit Kaffee und Tee sowie Kühlschrank ist super, grosszügiger Balkon, Gratis-Parkplatz beim Haus, Hund problemlos akzeptiert, und noch mehr Positives. In diesem Hotel hatten wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber. Es hatte ein tolles Hallenbad. Und natürlich das grosse Frühstückbuffet hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!

Super hôtel

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à l'hôtel Diana. L'hôtel est idéalement placé avec une belle vue sur la vallée. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique avec en plus une salade de fruits de saison ce qui est rare. Nous avons aussi mangé 2 soir au restaurant et c'était super bon. Les chambres sont propres et lumineuses. 5/5!

erholsamer Urlaub, tolle Aussicht und Lage

Sauberkeit gut, allgemeine Ordnung gut, Frühstück reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, Bad und Sauna täglich von 8.00 bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet. Abendessen reichlich und schmackhaft, leider erst ab 19.00 Uhr erhältlich, etwas früher wäre besser.

Kann man mal machen

Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und der Lage haben wir das Hotel ausgesucht. Leider ist es in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man auch. Wie wir vor Ort herausgefunden haben, sind viele der Zimmer bereits renoviert - leider nicht dasjenige, in dem wir untergebracht waren. Das schlimmste jedoch für uns war, dass das Hotel sehr hellhörig ist und vor allem abends die ganze Zeit Türen geknallt wurden. Klar man kann jetzt sagen, das sind die Gäste Schuld und da kann das Hotel nichts für. Wenn aber die Bediensteten des Hotels um 21:00 Feierabend haben und ihre Dienstwohnungen im 3. Stock begehen und dabei ebenfalls wie bekloppt die Türen knallen und man ein Zimmer direkt darunter hat, ja dann ist auch das Hotel dafür verantwortlich. An sich hätte es uns ja nicht gestört, wenn wir nach dem Apred Ski nachts um 2 Uhr ins Bett gefallen wären. Aber mit einem 12 Monate alten Kind - das Hotel ist auch als Familienhotel ausgeschrieben - da ist das ganze nicht mehr so lustig. So, das schlechte war nun zuerst, jetzt folgt das gute. Das Schwimmbad war sehr sauber, auch wenn es ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen ist. Die Sauna haben wir nicht ausprobiert, soll aber gut sein wie wir gehört haben. Das Restaurant macht gutes Essen, auch wenn es total überzogene Preise hat und die Öffnungszeiten sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig sind, aber was solls. Unser mit Abstand größtes Lob und Danke jedoch geht an das immerfreundliche Personal. Hier muss sich einiges getan haben im Vergleich zu früher. Weiter so!

Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna die man bis Abends nutzen konnte war super. Landschaftlich und verkehrstechnisch sehr gut gelegen. Das Abendessen was man zubuchen konnte wenn man nur Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht hatte war verhältnismäßig teuer und man musste bereits morgens sich entscheiden.
