"Hotel very clean and well maintained. room very comfortable. We were extremely surprised and disappointed however that a 4star hotel did not have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. Tea and coffee is available in the restaurant/cafe, obviously at a cost, on top of a pricey room only booking (in excess of £500 for 3 nights). We happily paid this, however felt we were denied the choice of having a hot drink on rising."

"Great stay and wonderful customer service. When we arrived they mentioned items in our room bar were complimentary. We had two bottles of water and a chocolate small wafer in the fridge. However, when refreshing the room, the cleaner gave us more bottles of water and a number of snacks, which we appreciated. A really nice gesture. Hotel bar staff was smiling and kind. We appreciated the AC, as it was quite hot in Munich. A number of places don’t have AC. Shampoo/body wash, along with conditioner bottles we (and the staff) could not open, they brought another. Overall the staff and atmosphere were wonderful. We would stay here again but we will check the amenities and function once we arrive."

"The staff (from reception to housekeeping) were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond - and were kind to upgrade my room and extend my check-out time (sign up for the Accor membership!). The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very easy to walk to S-bahn through the Motorama mall. There are 2 huge supermarkets in the mall and 1 DM shop. It's also one direct train to the airport. Definitely my go-to hotel for my next trip to Munich!"
