The entire hotel was very clean, including the spa/sauna, restaurant and outdoor area. Shower pressure & temperature no problems, comfy bed, and a nice balcony. Fantastic pool area and pool bar. Staff were all lovely. Rooms were a good sized and well equipped,and the hotel is in a great location for walking around the area and to the beach. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely worse check in experience I’ve ever known, receptionist was rude,unhelpful and swore twice at me, our room without our knowledge had been cancelled.worst experience of checking in a hotel in forty years of travelling. VERY DISAPPOINTED EXPEDIA !!!!!!😡

Porto Colom in one direction; the port, nice for a coffee, watch the world go by, boats passing & water sports plus it has a lovely local market on a Tuesday. The other direction, some souvenir shops and the beach, coffee with view, clear water!

Portocolom is very quite traditional shipping port. If your looking for a break away from everything and a holiday to relax , this is the place for you. Stunning views overlooking the port lovely places to eat and in walking distance of the hotel.
beautiful coastline and area. Portocolom was tranquil and easygoing, Cala D'Or looked like a tourist metropolis so go there if that's what you love and avoid it if you prefer something less synthetic and packaged.
Our holiday was great, but bare in mind its a long transfer from Palma Airport. Next time i'll invest in a car, opposed to a bus transfer.
Lovely area with sea views. One area had bars and shops closed down so didn’t look very attractive but overall very pleased with location, local bars and restaurants lovely ( no English type pubs which I like)
