Amazing, very cozy hotel in absolut mint condition. Located in the picturesque town of Fazana just in the right size with a very good beach, near Brijuni and with a lot of really good restaurant (such as La Bodega). The staff is awesome, very welcoming and serviceminded. Although the breakfast ain’t the biggest one in sortiments it’s of the highest quality and plenty enough.

A Charming Haven of Coziness and Originality

I had the pleasure of staying at the most delightful and enchanting hotel in Fazana, and it was an experience that surpassed all my expectations. This gem in the heart of the city truly gives you the experience of how life would have been pre mass-tourism. From the moment we checked in (wich worked smoothly eventhough we checked-in late in the evening and the reception was closed), I was captivated by the hotel's unique ambiance. The interior design exudes the perfect rustic charm, creating an inviting and warm atmosphere that embraces guests with open arms. The attention to detail in the decor, with tasteful nods to local culture and heritage, added an authentic touch to my stay. The staff at this hotel are unparalleled in their hospitality. Each member of the team greets you with warmth and ensure that my every need was met. Their genuine smiles and friendly demeanor made me feel related and at home, and I truly appreciated their personal approach. Our room (Superior) was small for a family of 4, but with comfort and tranquility and two bathrooms. The bed was cozy, providing a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration. Being 1m91cm tall, the bed is almost too small for me (the quality of hotel beds are always a cliffhanger), but it works. The room had a great peek overlooking the main square and ocean, and in the afternoon the walls displays the suns playfull reflection in the ocean. We had the option of having windows

Great location right in the center of the old town of Fazana. A few steps away from many restaurants, shops and the marina and a short 2 minute walk to the beach area. Very lively town in the evenings with most noise done by 22h so very quiet at night. The room was very nice and cozy. Bathroom was very clean with modern furnishings. No elevator of course which is normal for older historic buildings. Parking is in the city parking lots and you must then walk to hotel as the hotel is inside the pedestrian only area.

Very outdated rooms, and there was an extremely loud concert directly under the building until 11pm so was difficult to get proper rest. Rusty hairdryer and bathroom appliances, desk chair had stains. The "bed" was two small beds put together so was not comfortable to sleep. Not sure why this place has good reviews but maybe it was just my room...in addition the manager knocked on my door at 9:30 pm demanding 100 euros for the driver they arranged to take me to the hospital when I had an ear infection. We had never agreed on that price and the managers behavior made me uncomfortable.

Perfekt opphold!

Fantastisk beliggenhet og hyggelig personalet. Alt var helt perfekt! Vi reiste ikke fra hotellet før på kvelden men fikk låne et flott wellness rom slik at vi kunne bruke dagen på stranden og avslutte med en god dusj. Ble kjørt med bagasjen til taxi som hotellet bestilte for oss. Nydelig frokost med god kaffe og godt utvalg av pålegg.

Tromperie qui coûte chère

Nous avions réservé 1 chambre pour 3 jours d’une la superficie de 21m2 (ces informations étaient communiquées à la réservation ) pour 430€. En réalité elle ne fait que 10m2 !!! Pas d’autres chambres plus grandes. Cet hôtel profite de sa situation sur le port pour louer très cher et tromper les clients. Nous sommes très mécontents et la prise en charge de notre réclamation par cet hôtel est nulle. Nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement

Schönes Hotel in altem Stil

Die venezianischen Stiegen im Haus sind nicht unbedingt für ältere Leute leicht zu erklimmen. Zumal man im 2. od. 3. Stockwerk einquartiert ist. Das Bett, zumindest unseres war auch nicht das Gelbe vom Ei. Die zwar geteilten Matratzen, (Federkern, spürte man in der Hüfte) und der Eiserne romantische Bettrahmen sorgten für eine Sachaukelpartie. Gottseidank gab es eine Alternative, die Klappcouch auf der sich sehr gut schlafen ließ. Auf Anfrage hieß es, es werde nach und nach auf Latexmatratzen umgestellt. Soweit das Negative. Gie Großzügigkeit des Raumes, (Superiorzimmer) war geschuldet der sanitären Anlage, etwas zurückgeblieben. Dafür sehr geräumiges Badezimmer mit guter Dusche, Bidet und Toilette und noch eine zweite Toilette, die gewisse "Häuselanstellverfahren" Hintan hielten. Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Blick vom Zimmer in den Hafen, (40m) auch. Sonnenuntergänge werden "frei Zimmer geliefert. Zimmerservice war sehr zufriedenstellend und das Neenhaus in dem wir wohnten, hat nur ein Zimmer pro Etage. (Kofferplatz vor der Zimmertür) Frühstück reichlich mit gutem Tee und Kaffee von der Espressomaschine!!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Auto kann man nicht an die Tür fahren, (Erst Parkplatz, dann wird das Gepäck mit Golfwagen geholt.) Alles in allen, waren wir sehr zufrieden, wenn das Wetter nicht einen Strich durch die Rechnung gemacht hätte. Dafür gab es aber keine Vergütung. LG, Burkhard und Annemarie

Classy & historic in the center of town

Great location. Great service. Historic building which is immaculately maintained. We stayed for 3 nights in the middle of high season (very end of July) in one of the deluxe rooms which contained a queen bed and pull-out sofa. Given the location & relative age of the building, the room was pretty spacious. Even had an extra toilet which comes in handy for a family. Directly next to the main church in the town square so you get to hear the church bell, but if you are not up in the morning to enjoy the harbor view for an above average hot/cold breakfast (included in room rate)... well that is your own fault. Parking was about 4-5 blocks away (hotel is in a pedestrian only zone) but the staff drove us with our luggage to/from the car via their small electric car. Easy enough. Our stay was super hot (mid 90s which was higher than usual even for mid-summer) so we appreciated the room's AC unit. Another advantage... especially for those traveling who have grown accustomed to AC (translation = Americans). All-in-all, the rates were a little pricey but the location, cleanliness, and great staff/service is worth the few extra Krona.

Nice stay in Fazana

We were joining a bicycle tour. The hotel was very accommodating. Small room. Only one chair. Very good bed. Good breakfast. Perfectly located.
