This place is terrible and the price is worse. The staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating but the property is in dire need of renovation. And the funny thing is I heard they just did one. The bed had plastic or something on it so it rattled every time I moved. The lights in the bathroom would not come on and it was very late when we got in so we took showers in the dark. It’s practically the only place in town should they know they can charge whatever. But the price does not match the lack of quality.

Disliked: Cleanliness
I was originally given room 302, but was met in the parking lot and reassigned to 114. The floor needed to be mopped. There were bugs. It took a couple of hours for the room to warm up. The hotel seems to be in transition, the reassigned room had not be remodeled yet. Overall it was habitable in a town where there is virtually no housing.
This was a nice clean place to stay. Small and quaint a little dated but clean. No sign of bugs or bad smells. Convenience of a liquor store if you need it and Chinese food of course is always a plus. I recommend the seafood a for two people. However the owner does not like it when you book online because he does not like paying the fee. But what I told him was that it was very convenient to book online and that I was not going to change that. I hope your stay is good. My son and daughter enjoyed it as well.
When I got to the hotel approximately 6 p.m. know what an office for check-in is it calling number or go to the restaurant next door to the restaurant it was closed on Monday so I went next door to the liquor store and the little lady in liquor store check to me and gave me the key just a little bit of a run around there
No one was at the front desk you have to call a number and then they have you walk over to the Chinese restaurant to check in. Was first given key to wrong room. Then when got right room the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Pubic hair and urine all over it. Bed was in plastic bags and sheets had stains. Room smelled like a very strong room deodorizer that gaged me. Not happy with Hotels.com when I called to complain to get my money back they only offered me 10% back.
Great location...
dusty floor, tub didn't drain well, no rugs, no mat outside tub to step onto...
staff accommodating at check-in
wouldn't recommend

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
The gentleman that checked us in was cordial and helpful.
The motel was a very basic facility. We expected that. However, there were issues that made me know that I will not frequent this facility again.
The bed linens were stained yet clean. The bath linens were very clean. The floors did not appear to be clean. And, I did not closely examine the bathtub, but from what I saw I did not want to use it.
We were told to leave our room key in the room when we left. I was concerned that someone may come in after us and damage something.
This is an old motel in Fayette, Alabama. However the new owners have remodeled and its very clean and comfortable. The room had a small refrigerator and microwave. Excellent water pressure. I would definitely stay there again. Good price for the room too.
Was told by family in neighboring town that this hotel had recently been renovated, because it was so close to where we were going we decided to rent a room. We stayed for two nights, but the room was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. There was writing all on the walls, the floors were dirty, I even went to buy new sheets and pillows just to sleep on the bed because it looked like it did. The bathtub was black, and there was no hot water. So even if we wanted to take a risk with the bathtub, we’d be freezing our tail off doing so.
